Shipping & Import Duties

Each BUTAPANA garment is carefully made in our atelier in Japan.

Orders are typically shipped within 2 weeks of purchase. Delivery usually takes an additional 5–14 business days depending on the destination country.

Shipping costs are shown below and are calculated based on the destination region.

At checkout, customers pay the product price and shipping cost only.

Please note that customs duties, VAT/GST, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and other local charges are not included in the checkout total.

These additional charges are determined by the customs authority of the destination country and must be paid by the recipient before the package can be delivered. Depending on your country, payment may be collected upon delivery or through an online payment service provided by the local postal carrier, delivery company, or customs authority.
